Absolutely Terrible on so many levels. So many times I have been confronted with "can't do this" or "system can't do that" I have even been advised that if I don't like the product then go somewhere else from a customer service rep. Interesting that there is not an alternative option out there to use with the accounting program I am using, so it was quite bad service to suggest this. Everything is YOUR fault, not theirs and I am absolutely fed up overall after years of dealing with this program. I only say this as when I compare the experience with every other program I have ever used, this one is the absolute bottom of the list. Very disappointed.

Once again I am amazed at the great support we receive at OneSaas for their great product. Today a shoutout to Sherwin for prompt and complete resolution to an issue that came up but was resolved quickly with a simple setting update. Two thumbs up!
