Rosies Workwear is not customer focused. I returned an item as soon as I purchased it in the same packaging and all - the item was so huge 2 of me could fit inside. I tried calling the number on their website to follow up and the # was disconnected. Time went by and the credit didn't show up on my credit card. They refused to believe I returned it - even though I paid $14.20 for S&H to receive the item and paid also to return the item. The item (overalls) were size small and could hold someone more than twice my size.

I am a farmer and got 2 pr as a gift one pair was the wrong color and the other was coming apart at the seams after an initial light wash to remove manufacturing starches and oils. Customer service rep had an attitude immediately. It was their mistake and poor quality product yet I had to take photos and prove my claims. Then I had to take my time to take said damaged an incorrect items to the post office to return. Really?? This is NOT customer service. Other companies have sent me corrected product, and allowed me to keep defective to use as back up or just a 'sorry' offering. PLEASE SAVE YOUR $$$$ AND PURCHASE DICKIES OR CARHARTS they understand customer service and have high quality products without the attitude!!

The buckles are WORTHLESS on the denim overalls. I have had 2 pairs and the buckled have broken on both pairs. They will send you new buckles but they are a Pain to replace them. Very frustrating for an otherwise great product.

I live in New Zealand so obviously I couldn't pop into the store but luckily they shipped the items to me, and they arrived quite quickly. Sometimes we have to wait months for goods to ship to NZ but not this time. I measured exactly between two sizes of overalls so I wasn't sure which would be best for me, but the customer service rep was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure that I received the correct size. I absolutely love my overalls! They are soft yet strong and durable, comfortable to wear and to move around in. The elastic straps ensure that the overalls flex with me as I engage in my work. The built-in knee pads are the best part yet! So convenient and comfortable. I love all of the handy pockets, so useful for carrying tools or holding my phone. And the colours are stylish and attractive, so I still feel feminine even while geared up in overalls doing DIY or gardening. And when I get too hot I simply zip off the legs and I'm in shorts - super convenient! I found the website easy to navigate and well laid out. All in all Rosies is a company I'm glad that I found, and happy to promote.

I paint wall murals and also hang murals-on-wallpaper and needed a "uniform" that looked professional and was also comfortable to move around in. Being quite petite, I had a hard time finding something that fit until I found Rosie's. Their knee pads lay right over my knees (not lower on my shins), the length is perfect (I didn't have to tailor them) and you can still see my waist! The best part, though, is the soft material that is super durable with tons of pockets that I can put rags and paintbrushes in. I highly recommend Rosie's overalls!
