My wife and I purchased a 2009 honda odyssey here in October 2021. Ever since then it has been problem after problem. We told Troy and David that we Have a family with 3 babies. So we needed something reliable, Troy made everything seem like it was all good, he sure was a talker, mostly talked about himself. I don't recommend this place to anybody trying to get a car. Come to find out our van needed more repairs that was way over the price of the vehicle not including labor! They did give us a extended warranty but the warranty didn't cover anything that was on the invoice. So now the van is not drivable and we have to come up with something to make sure our kids can be transported reliably. They do not fully inspect their vehicles because when we took the van to get an oil change the van was dry of oil and transmission fluid , all the filters were filthy! They don't have a mechanic on site. We made a terrible mistake and want to let other people know especially families to not purchase any vehicles here! Both salesmen Troy and David were very rude when we called about our repairs. Not helpful at all!

I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from them two days ago. The same day I bought it, before I could get home the car wheels started shaking. The salesman assured me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and if there was he would tell me when I asked. Both front wheel axels are bad and if he had told me I would have still gotten the vehicle as its not an expensive item to fix. But the fact that he lied and allowed me to drive off the lot with my young son in that vehicle lets me know that he was all about the sale and not the customer. Thank God nothing happened but still ... This was not my first time buying a used vehicle so I know the salesman cant guarantee me the condition of the vehicle, but a lil compassion goes a long way!

I believe Troy was talking or texting with Miss Ramos when this issue started and then her phone was cut off or suspended and lost communication. But call Monday let's see what we can do! Plz mr.ramos to address the warranty issue

It was quick and easy to get a car here the salesman worked with me but BRING A MECHANIC!!! Ive spent hundreds of dollars trying too fix the problem on a car purchased from here for it too only do the same thing after seeing several different mechanics!! My car hasnt been able to go over 45 miles per hour since January and I purchased the vehicle in November $295 a month for a broken 2007 Toyota Camry now itll barely go at all and no one can seem to find the issue I got so far behind on my car payments dealing with it I have no choice but too look for another car being that I signed an as is warranty! So like I said theyll get you in a car real fast and easy but BRING A MECHANIC I cannot stress this enough!!!!!!
