I was there for rehab and it was the most disgusting stay. My room mate would leave his tv blaring 24/7 leaving it very hard for me to go to sleep. Nothing was done about it by any of the staff. I hear them yell at paitients that really don't know what's going on which is so wrong. One RN thinks she is a queen bee and is very rude, disrespectful and could careless about the paitients family. I will never come back here or put my mother here. This place is a joke!

Bad manners toward the family. My husband's cousin states he has poa over my mother in law. They just took his word for it and never investigated. When asked to see the document for the poa, it is excuse after excuse. There is no notary public seal on the poa the signature of the poa is not ledgable. Asked his cousin if he had gotten it notarized he said no not yet. Yet Lane House is still stating he is poa. My mother in law is very ill and declining fast and my husband doesn't even know what is all wrong with her. They are not giving her anything to drink and she is constantly staying that she is thirsty. His cousin is not very smart when it comes to medical matters. So he is just letting staff do as they please with her. His wife is a cna that works there and does what she pleases including taking care of my mother in law and doing god knows what to her. I just wish someone would investigate all of this before my mother in law dies of dehydration and malnutrition. In the past 2 weeks that my mother in law has lived there, she has lost her voice literally, has dropped in weight, and has a uti due to dehydration. She asks daily to go home but his cousin tells her no, even when she is coherent. The uti is so bad that she sometimes doesn't know where she is or what's going on. I hate this place! Don't EVER take a loved one here!!!

My Mom had therapy here after her hospital stay. Its a great place to stay, the ED was always so helpful. She made me feel so great about my moms stay.

Knowing that staff was there taking care of my Aunt allowed myself and other family members rest a bit easier. It's not easy job to do day in and out, CNA's can make or break a facility. One stood out above the others with her respectfulness and awesome attentive care to patients, Michelle Newman. Michelle truly cares about both patients and patients families and it shows in her work.
