I would like to share my phone call today with the company. I have been to another garage to do MOT and they diagnosis with some erros so they recomend me to go to "RS Murray & Sons" to do more apropriate diagnostic to determine the issue so i have rang them to explain all that. My only question was if the error that device gives and indicate to a specific sensor or problem which could be related to 3-4 different type of issues which could causing the car to give that specific error , if the garage will recommend replacing a specific part to resolve the error and after the repair in few days or 2-4 weeks that error comes back will they take it back under warranty and fix it with anything else they think that causing the issue with no extra cost and they couldnt give a straight forward answer where after pushing them to give me answer they put the phone down to me. I called again and said why you put the phone down to me and they said the phone did it ..... anyway no comment on that . Lady start explain that we dont even know the problem and we need to check and they always find the problem 99% of times but i said thats fine but how about if the problem comes back hypothetically they still didnt want to answer straight forward and in the end they said yes we will have to charge extra as it will need to carry on an extra repair which gives you " NO WARRANTY" on any repair they do. Which means if the car could hypothetically have 4 issues and evey time you go in the garage they will have to start replacing randomly or the cheapest part first and then starting from more expensive and so on until the problem will be eliminated which mean if your car would have the 4th option of issue you would have spent with the garage wit hlabour and parts more than 700 until the problem is solved and that would be still a mystery. After all the conversation i said how about the diagnostic you do. do you charge extra for it. they said yes 54 for diagnostic . I said ok lets say you did the diagnostic would that charge come out of the repair if i carry on the repair in your garage and they said no it takes time to do the diagnostic and they have to pay..... what exactly you have to pay.... also plug the tester to the car with the computer and software would take no more than 10 min. The only thing they said is "GO To another GARAGE" and they put the phone down to me again. How can you trust to go to the garage with 0 warranty ?

I wouldn't go back there again as they ripped off as I went there to asked for fixed the heating fan but they did on electrical fault to make my car windows aren't working as when I came back to pick up and they billed me quite expensive so I checked before I go as I noticed my windows arent working! So I told them, they say they didnt touch it so I had to get my family member to have a word with them because its not right so they are happy to do fix it again and came back saying my window was worn out so they have to order new one! Everything went wrong and billed me even more so I wasn't happy about it because they didnt do their honesty with me after my window was fixed and never come back to their garage again! Totally ripped off I even seen in my life! Please AVOID to go there!! GO and find somewhere are reasonable prices!
