If I could give them a Negative star I would!!! Victor was rushing us when we drove all the way from Lafayette, LA to purchase a vehicle (cash). He left before we even knew where the keys were. He wasnt going to put the temp tag on car. Then the windows were tented so dark you couldnt see it at night. We had to fix it when we got home. Victor told us that since we lived so far away he would mail us the plate and registration. 5 days before the temp tag went out I called and talked to someone else that said the tag was there. They didnt mail it as promised but assured me that it would be mailed. It was the weekend before Memorial Day. The Tuesday after Memorial Day I called to see if the tags went out. Which they hadnt. Victor asked me what do you expect me to do? Then told me that it wasnt his job to mail it, but he would talk to the lady and have her mail it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was out. I asked for him to call me. I had to call back and talk to the manager that told me since covid they dont mail license plates and registration anymore. Thats not what I was told by victor or I wouldnt have bought the car from them, I would have bought local. I told him the plate was out and insisted that they overnight it to me. He said he would give me the tracking number. He never got it to me. Thankfully the next day the plates and registration showed up. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They arent friendly nor do they have any customer service! Horrible experience. They dont care about their customers

My sister actually bought the car, I was just tagging along. With that said, we did wait about 15 mins, but after that, it was an ok experience. They seemed honest and were not pushy. Of course, my sis did not really negotiate so he might have been happy with her too! I recommend this dealership.

This was the quickest and easiest process with buying a car. I would most definitely recommend anyone needing to buy a car to go there. If you can, work with Victor, he is a very good car-salesman!

Edward I am sorry that you did not have a great experience. What we advertise is instant credit approval and that is accurate. It takes two minutes to get an approval. However; the downpayment will vary by car. So for instance a $3,000.00 car will have a different down payment than a $10,000.00 car. You are still approved on the vehicle you just may need to put more money down. My name is Brad and I am the sales manager. I applied for credit online. I was told to come in and show some checkstubs. I do so, and I'm asked how much I want to put down. I give my answer and he tells me there's no way that will work. If y'all advertise, instant credit approval for everyone and you see i make more than enough to purchase a car, why waste my time and money to get there, just to get the run-around. Terrible experience, inaccurate information given upon my original phone call, they want to get more money than what the cars are worth is my opinion. This is why people do not buying used cars.
