awful, waste of time, your nerves and money. Forget about guaranty it's not exist. They will tell you what you need to hear, never follow on your concerns. No quality at all of training nor customer service.

I am a business owner and purchased two memberships with Empire for my nurses undergo hands injectable training. Complete waste of time and money. I sent the two RNs to an advanced injector course. Paid for travel for two nurses to attend this course. There was no hands on injecting in this advanced injector course. When called to complain and have them walk us through where this was information shared beforehand. They could not show us a disclosure. Well they could in something vague in small print 10 clicks or links in. Complete fraud. Cannot believe that they still have providers buying into such a scam. Further shocked at how they can get big vendors to partner with this company. I have great relationships with many of these vendors. I recommend dealing directly with the other big reputable companies and strongly advise against spending a dime of your money with empire. If you know the industry, you will not find any value with empire. Seek trainings with actual operating businesses that provide both hands on and real world business information. I did not have a great experience . It was disorganized and mainly an online training . I thought I was doing the advanced dermal filler course , but I somehow did not sign up for that I signed up for the beginners . I thought the stations were crowded - one of my patients was injected by another person in the course ( not me ) and got a complication they I had to deal with . I had invited two models so I only injected one of my models . I wouldnt go back .
