Wanted a less is more treatment where less chemicals or harsh treatments wouldnt be used due to health concerns from toxic pesticides as we have children and pets. They wanted us to sign a waiver stating we wont hold them liable if toxicity occurs. Ummm no thanks Massey. That says it all! I smell a skunk. There are lots of healthier choices for pest control that dont require a signature for a company to avoid liability. Just gross.

The pest control is great never had a problem with them. Dont get the lawn service theyll blame you for improper irrigation, bugs, no bugs, drought, then try to get you to replace your own grass even though its their job to maintain healthy a lawn.

The service that we have received for years is bug & insect extermination. Over the many years that we have been a customer of your company, we have had many of your technicians come by. However our current technician Cherie T. Who has provided services for a number of years is head and shoulders above all the others that have come to our homes. Cherie is very knowledgeable, has great interpersonal skills with her customers, is very compassionate and cares about people. She, is dependable, very professional, responds very quickly to any concerns we have and has always been great at solving our pest issues. She provides great follow up when we ask questions and is always prompt in getting back to us. She also has provided some great ideas for us in regards to pest control. We can always count on Cherie T.!!!!

This company Massey Sevices in Kissemee Fl came to help my neighbor with her home which she is getting a contract wihth them. The salesman L.J.was so nice and professional. He came down to my home two doors down and answered all my questions... I have never had a s in ales person work so hard. The manager in the office is as great as L.J. This is a great company. Here we are a little over a month after we canceled our services with them for the horrible experience and you keep sending technicians to my house still for pest and lawn care??? They also have the nerve to leave their marketing material after we told them we canceled. Just leave us alone already.
