2.26- was please from beginning to end however not with the price $400+, i purchased more hair than needed (daisy did not give good advice there) so also wasted some funds there not clear on what to expect-but thats no biggie . being that she said her price up front i couldnt argue. just sitting in-front mirror during the process you see and if know basic to hairdos and can assess the value yourself. Way overpriced. i even waited a few for this honest review to reflect accurately. would of loved to support and continue but torn bc i must feel good spending my money whatever the cost wish ms daisy all the best and pray she enjoy the gifts i brought back from ghana! -blessings ----- Update -----hair end up.popping my actual dread just wks later making a big bald spot in middle of my hair. Contacted daisy was told to come.in. when I asked how to book to come in and price was told no refund policy; mind u I live out of state. No stress though, as a business owner myself it will be reported to the board and let my lawyer handle it. So sad your own people don't even stand behind their own work. U see the first review above and not even a few weeks later this happens. ...will update outcome with the state and lawyer. Just save yourself the heachache and go somewhere where people stand behind their work and not just greed of money. Trust if I paid over 400 for my hair I could pay whatever amount so that my hair is healthy.....so it's principle with daisy and u never know who u meet in life. For me; I have the legal resources and will use them.

Customer service is something that I pride myself in which is why I was willing to fix his hair after you allowed him to go swimming a few days after his installation. Its funny that you didnt mention the pool in this review. I offered you 3 appointments this week after school hours & you werent able to make any of them due to his swimming lessons. The next Saturday appointment was a month out. None of this is my fault but I was still willing to work with you. I returned your texts & even called you to offer you support. Im sorry this didnt work out for you but please keep in mind jumping in a pool after getting an expensive hair style is never good.

Cost me $300.00 to have my grandson;s loc done a week ago. This was Saturday and on Monday his hair was a hot mess.once i saw it when returning home from his dad's house. Shop offered to have me come back a month later due to no Saturdays appointments and he;s in school during the weekday but, needed it corrected ASAP due to his birthday in a week. I wish his father didn;t pay the balance when picking him up seeing it wasn;t done right. Also they were notified ahead of time that he was a swim team and I have severa pictures taken the next day Sunday and before he went swimming. The picture below is not wet hair this is before he had his hair in any water. The salon was well aware before hand because I told her he was on a swim team and told the water would not hurt his hair. I wouldn't not had his hair done and would have waited until season is over mid July and starts backup in October. Even swimming hair was only rinsed with plain water.

Omggg! Let me start off by saying, Im not exaggerating, nor do I ever lie to make a business owner feel good. Daisy is amazing. I called her a few weeks before my actual appointment after calling around for 2 weeks inquiring about Loc extensions and it was a hassle. I was either rushed off of the phone or given a nonchalant response. This was a journey for me and shes literally the only person that felt that energy on the phone. I wanted to start something new in my life, an entirely new look and she did just that. Professional, charismatic and simply amazing. My hair came out beautifully. You have to go here to get the job done right. I came in confused and insecure, used to wearing sew-ins. I left with so much confidence and good energy that I had to thank the universe for putting the right person and place in my life. Im grateful. Now Im going to let it grow out long and be great. Im sorry you had a bad phone experience. When you called I was in a compromising position. I said one word to you & immediately realized that it came out wrong, but before I could gather myself & apologize you had already hung up in my face. I wish I had a chance to get more than 1 word out. Customer service is EXTREMELY valued at this salon. If you ever have a chance to actually visit the salon you would see that brief moment does not reflect out values. Thank you for sharing & we will be more present on the phone in the future.
