Placed an order Friday morning on 6/7/2019 and PAID EXTRA for 3-DAY shipping because I had an event to attend to in the evening of 6/12/2019. I thought 3-days meant 3-days and that's why I paid extra for shipping. It's Thursday 6/13/2019 and I've not received my order even after 6-days!

We can however confirm that your order, like all orders, was indeed shipped within 24 hours of receiving it, and if you check the tracking info now, you'll, fortunately, see that it was finally updated today, as being out for delivery, so this package should arrive at your address before the end of the day. Unfortunately, as noted on the USPS website, they have been experiencing unprecedented delays since the beginning of the Holiday Season, due to increased volume and the limitations of Covid, and in many cases, like yours, packages are not being scanned for tracking until they actually reach their destination location. This company is highly touted as having some of the best shirt stays, but what good is it to have great products when you don't ship them out in a mannerly time. I ordered from this company 7 days ago and my order status says still waiting to picked up by USPS meaning it's not even shipped yet. If you read other reviews online horrendous shipping times are a reoccurring theme.

I am pleased with the response time in customer service despite the claim that they are a small company (its what kkandjay site claims). I had a bill issue on my account and I was able to get a quick response from them. Very pleased with the outcome. I haven't received my items yet, but I look forward to trying them out.

Wow, what an awesome product! Heard of these guys from Real Men, Real Style on youtube and i must say their products is top quality. The fit and feel of these shirt stays is perfect. Free 3 day delivery is the cherry on top. Don't let the price scare you, they are well work it. Highly recommended.
