I just bought uniforms for my softball team which included 3 different jersey designs. To their credit, the designs turned out wonderful. However, the actual jerseys we received were anything but wonderful. The jerseys were all way too big according to their sizing chart. Again to their credit, they told us to keep the jerseys and they processed another order. 2 weeks later the new order arrived with the exact opposite outcome. We are now left with jerseys the girls will eventually grow into in a year or so and ones they can hand down to their younger siblings. Their response to the second batch: We have never had sizing issues before, we will talk to the company but theres nothing else we can do at this point. It seems the only thing I can do at this point is to write this review in response to their resolution and as a caution to others who are looking at this store for jersey orders.

We just bought my son's baseball team uniforms a few days ago, we ended up spending $200 each person for two uniforms. The pants that my son tried on where okay but when we got his actual pants they were WAY too big on the waist. Same problem with a few other kids in the team, some short on the lenght, some too big on the waist. I called the place to ask if it would be possible for me to return them or exchange them, and she said there is a 48-hour window for returns, after that there's nothing you can do but to keep them. I'm glad I found another place in Allen Texas which is much cheaper and very good quality if not better. I just placed an order online for the two pants and I'm just going to keep the other ones for later when my son grows a little bit more.
