Rude staff! Was here June 22 at 12pm we needed help coming in staff came out and stated do we not know how to read. Then we each exchanged words she said she was talking to the other delivery person not me . I asked her to help since she was there she stayed learn to read the sign and that she had the door open why not go in . Nothing but rudeness thankful for her service lol

I have been in contact with Lofts at City Centre for a few months now, expressing my interest in living there, and have had an amazing experience to say the least. Holly, in particular, has been wonderful in ensuring that all my questions are answered and needs are met. I do not think I would have made the decision to move there in August without all of her help. I look forward to my move in date and know for certain it will be a great experience much due to the friendly and helpful Holly:)

We love living at the Domain/Lofts at CityCentre! It has a luxurious vacation feel in the perfect dining/shopping city center. The management and staff always goes above and beyond to keep the property and amenities in perfect condition! Jamie, Lucy, Kourtney, Mary, and Raul always are so helpful and do whatever they can to ensure that the Domain/Lofts are the best place to live!

Whenever there is residence parking issue it is never easy to fix, for example the elevator to parking is broken almost monthly, or if your reserved parking slot is occupied by others you have to call service on your own and wait... Since the property management is changed to Domain it is now even more difficult to get help from management team. One of the senior staff Recoe is always helpful and I will definitely miss him.
