Dont care for Omni. Their HOA management is a joke. They tend to let things slide if you know the board or president. Property managers never answer calls or return them. They tend to take as along as they can to approve or decline architectural request forms. I wouldnt recommend them for any HOA management. No one is on the same page.
Received a HOA violation for a supposed boat parked on my lot. I have no boat and my trailer I own is actually stored off site. Ive called twice with no return phone calls from our community manager. Ive left one voicemail for their supervisor to call back as I will no longer accept our community manager to call me. OMNI cant ever answer their phone and it always goes to voicemail in their Indy office. The best thing about this is I even had been in communication with our community manager via email and sent pictures of another violation to them. So the best thing is OMNI cannot say they have actually been doing site visits in our neighborhood as we have numerous violations and some houses look like landfills at this time with trash either on their porches or yards.so whomever reads this and responds you better be a supervisor for whomever manages Clermont Lakes. Also dont respond with your canned reply that we are sorry and hope OMNI strives for better. Our budget is 107k for our neighborhood so you better provide personalized service. By the way Nancy Burress is who is supposed to be our manager for the CL neighborhood. So whomever is her boss I want the call from not her. I operate on a one strike policy so supervisor your turn to make this right!
We are thrilled to hear that your experience with Robin and Omni have been so positive! Thank you for letting us know!

Robin Wiggins has, hands down, been the biggest asset to our neighborhood since she took over as our HOA manager. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her position, but she is also unbelievably helpful and goes out of her way to make herself available to assist us with anything we may need. She also holds us accountable to make sure things that need to be done are getting done and things aren't falling by the wayside. She helps us tunnel in one what is and is not a priority. We have had many managers over the years and Robin has been the best one we have ever had.
Hello, I am not sure what community your live in, however, HOA's are governed by their own legal documents. You should be able to secure the rules from your landlord or you can call Omni and we can provide the governing documents. Neighborhood inspections help insure compliance so that property values are protected. As a renter, this may not be a priority. But for owners, it is. And this is just one service we provide. Regarding snow removal, there are depth triggers that initiate plowing and those thresholds are determined by the Board. Typically plowing is not performed every time it snows, just when it reaches a certain depth in order to conserve the HOA budget. I hope this helps clear things up for you. Kind Regards, Omni Management

This business is a joke, they ride by my house once a week and the send out a secret indictment about having my boat in the driveway. I am a renter, and I have lived in woods crossing for 3 years. I have never seen the so called HOA rules from First Key or even Omni. The city says I can park my boat here, but not Omni. They never treat for snow, they don't make any improvements on behalf of the so called board. They ride around once a week citing rule violations like some meter cop.
