The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I have had no issues with any of them. From reception staff to admin (in particular Lucy Bennett who is wonderful) to the doctors, all have been lovely. Unfortunately, I have rated them three stars due to the constant changes made to my surgery and appointments. I was very excited to undergo a preservation septorhinoplasty here. However, my surgery and appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled multiple times because the doctor has a very busy schedule. I do not think this is fair as I was made to feel excited for something only for it to be cancelled. As a teacher, I have a busy schedule so can only do certain times. I have previously asked for time off from work oy for the surgery to be cancelled again. Regardless of this, I'd recommend them simply because of the friendliness and how welcome they make you feel.

We also explained that you will require multiples along with a maintenance programme to continue to achieve the desired results. BUNCH OF MONEY HUNGRY SCAMMERS! spent around 500 on the dermapen treatment for my pitted and ice pick scarring, i now regret this as the dermapen was useless and did nothing for my skin. I feel like I should be given a refund as I feel like I have been robbed. I now know exactly what treatment my skin needs and now im struggling to pay for those treatments as I wasted my money on useless treatments at the private clinic.
My experience at the Private Clinic for laser treatment to veins was nothing short of excellent. The service from all staff was of a very high quality. I was very impressed with both the skill and the manner of Nurse Marie. The results were very positive with the veins being completely eradicated. A second check up and touch up was included in the price. I am delighted with my results and would not hesitate to recommend Nurse Marie.

Dr Hanson is the bestDr you could wish for what ever he does there is never any pain or bruising. I will not trust other clinic or doctor (even though all the doctors are fantastic) cant recommend enough

Our refund policy clearly states that to receive a refund for your appointment fee to let us know at least 72 hours before the consultation is due to take place. Unfortunately it appears that you phoned outside of the 72 hours. We are very sorry that your first call was not picked up and we will definitely be looking into this to identify the cause; however in any event your initial attempts to contact us were still outside the 72 hours and we are unable to change the outcome. Our terms and conditions are the same for all patients and this does not suggest discrimination in any form. We work hard to offer the best service, whilst we may not always get things right we always look to do the right thing for our patients; however this does not include tolerating abusive or threatening behaviour on the phone or in person. That should be my 3rd visit to this clinic, Dr Rosa Santa Cruz is an amazing professional, she is absolutely lovely! The very poor review is the extremely unprofessional ladies working on reception that unfortunately are NOT prepare to deal with patients. I work for the NHS and a day before the consultation, I had the Flu Jab. On the day of my consultation I woke up felling generally unwell, with a slightly fever and diarrhoea. My consultation was booked for 2:00 PM. I called the Clinic first time at 12:15 PM, nobody answered the phone (ok lunch time, I understand). I called the clinic again 1:12 PM, I was on holding until 1:19 PM, someone answered me and after I explained my situation, I was told that everything was ok and I could have the treatment without problems, however she was NOT a Doctor, Nurse, or Pharmacist. How is possible someone answers the patient without professional background? I was told that I would receive an email from the area responsible for my treatment. I have gotten nothing. I called again. First of all, a little piece of advice do the receptionist JADE: Hanging up the phone on the customer won't solve his/hers problem. Stop doing that! After I talked to JULIE, who told me that depending on who I am they have options not to charge the 50 GBP fee again. She told me that I could have called roughly 40 minutes before (which I did), or I would have had to call in the morning, or I could have called 72 hours before the appointment, but depending on who I was there are exceptions too. In other words, different rules for different people. Next time I will hire an English to talk to her with an English accent so she can agree to apply the different rules. I have an European accent, so what the problem? Such a deception this Private Clinic.
