I have used Panda for various items over the past seven years with great results. However, this last experience was very disheartening except for the young lady up front who was on point. I placed an order for 12 hats with a simple two word embroidery all set on the left side. The first rendering they sent, the centering of the two words seemed off. This is due to the name of the company. I brought this to their attention, ask them to offset the word as the image look off balance and offered several suggestions. After two more proofs of the same exact thing with no solutions, or suggestions i offered, along with multiple emails of them saying the image is centered, I sent an email asking for a solution or stop wasting my time. What I was hoping for was a solution to this not emails trying to prove a a point that is irrelevant. You would also assume the manager to take over to try and diffuse the situation and continue the sale but wasn't the case. After i gave him some advice that you should call your customers when there are issues not lengthy broken emails, he responded with "some advice for you is not to even send an email like that to someone." I guess telling someone to offer a solution or stop wasting my time is inappropriate? I found another vendor who took my suggestion right off the go and nailed the order first try. Made the top image slightly bigger, center aligned the lower and it looks great.

Where do I start???? for several years I have been overcharged for mediocre and shoddy work!! I had gone through 7 different places looking for good work at a reasonable price. No more, my search is over! The level of quality and outstanding customer service is second to none. I do a multitude of embroidery and screen printing per year. I am on my second year with Panda and I can tell you; NO ONE in the DFW area has better quality, better prices and above all better customer service, NO ONE!! Bethany, Mrs. Tiffany, Mr. Paul, Sarah and the rest of the crew are truly incredible!!! I gave them a picture of a beehive and in perfection as only Bethany and Panda can create; they came up with this gorgeous embroidery! TRUE PROFESSIONALS! I wish I can give 100 stars. No one else whom I trust with my embroidery. Every single time they exceed every expectation. Straight Perfection!!
