Ive been wanting to write this review for some time. I had hired Beefy Marketing to build me a new site and to run it efficiently back in early 2015. It seemed great in the beginning after we spoke to the owner, Andrew, about our ideas for the site, etc. After a few months, he stopped answering our calls and was always unavailable which gave us the feeling that we werent important. As a customer who has paid Beefy Marketing THOUSANDS of dollars for a site design + $200/monthly maintenance fees, this made me angry. AJ, who is Andrews helper, brushed it off as to Andrew being merely busy with taking on so many clients at once. (By the way, I still havent heard from Andrew to this day.) He did have me waste my precious time creating a site map for the new site which they never cared to use. So the first new site was finally launched and we ran into a few problems here and there that AJ thankfully fixed. However there was one huge issue that took over a month to get fixed-my contact box stopped working. Never did Beefy alert me about this (some $200 monthly website monitoring huh) and I missed out on many important deadlines and emails. After alerting them of this, it took them about another month to fix. This was aggravating to say the least. Lastly and most importantly, for all of the troubles we had gone through, Beefy promised us a new site design-for free. I was introduced to the site designer Jason who would be the one taking over. Well, the new site didnt happen for almost one year later because Jason stopped talking to us. He isnt very capable of building a site on time. When we pressed AJ on why our new site was taking so long, he made us feel guilty and said basically we are getting a site for free because of the issues weve had with them in the past and that we should simply be happy. Fast forward to this week. The new site design from 10 months ago launched. Everything was so disproportionate. The mobile view was a nightmare. For someone who relies on their website as a sole income source this was nauseating. Also, they used Shutterstock images on my website... WITH the Shutterstock logo still on the photo. This was so embarrassing. Not only did my new site design take almost a year to happen, but it looked so bad that we told Beefy Marketing to just scratch the new site and put the old site design back up-which they did. Ive been asked and guilted numerous times by AJ to change my rating/review and to not post anything negative about Beefy.. Why should I hide what they did & didnt do for us? They broke my heart when it came to my excitement and joy for a new site for my business. I was literally so excited in the beginning and towards the end I was in tears of frustration. Luckily we have moved on with a better company who knows how to handle business. Needless to say, November 2017 was our last month with Beefy as we couldnt give them anymore chances. The damage was done. Customer from 04/2015-11/2017.

I had a great experience with BeefyMarketing they helped me with every aspect of my website from design to text. Im very happy with how it looks and functions. Process was not rushed and you can tell that the team really cares about your business and your clients.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Andrew and Beefy are truly a DREAM TEAM that make miracles happen. I can't tell you how often I've thrown a project at them and they not only deliver, but exceed my expectations every time. I say with confidence that we've found our forever marketing team! I truly believe with them by our side, we can bring any idea to life. I highly, highly recommend!
