They do excellent work, and for cheap. However, getting them to return calls, or to even answer their phone in the first place, is very difficult. Best bet is to stop in, but even that can be hit-or-miss if they are busy.

Custom Signs has done some work for me in the past that I was fairly happy with, but I won't be calling them again. After a couple of phone calls, still no one came to look at our sign or give us an estimate. I was told on the second call that I had spoken with one of the owners the first time and that they were sure she would handle our call. However, after another week, still no contact or visit from them. They must not need any business at all. I will be making sure not to recommend them again to anyone in the future.

Was looking to have some decals made with just over a week to go. After speaking on the phone with someone and explaining my timeline and such, he told me to email him with photos of what I wanted. 2 days later when I had received no response, I emailed again early in the morning. The day after that, I received a response that my email had been accidentally deleted but that only the first image was usable, and for me to call. 15min after the email came in, I called. No answer. This was like 4:30 on Friday. I immediately emailed and let him know there was no answer. Finally got a response today that they couldnt use the files. That's all that was in the email. I needed them ready by tomorrow morning now, and I'm SOL. Stellar customer service, guys. Totally dropped the ball and didn't care 1 bit.
