I went to see this doctor to help with extreme dry eyes. The doctor insisted on installing some plugs that were annoying and useless. I paid over a $100 in copays and they still charged me another $ 300.00. I tried to tell him several times while I was there that I did not want all this out of pocket charges and here we are.

My wife was in the ER and the doctor there referent her to this practice. She called and spoke with Dr. Tobes secretary Eileen and she was extremely rude. Eileen asked my wife if her insurance required a referral to come there which shes unaware of and the way Eileen responded was unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Eileen told her she should know this information because people are going to keep asking you if youre having this many probables. Fortunately for us my wife was able to book a same day appointment with another practice.

Dr. Raymond P. Gailitis is amazing. First doctor to ever call me personally to check up on me after surgery. I'm a 42 year old who had "Left Eye Custom Lazer Assisted Cataract Surgery with Astigmatism Correction/LASIK". The entire personnel at their offices are professional, attentive, and with great personality. If I ever have to correct the vision of my right eye, Dr. Gailitis at the Ophthalmology Consultants The Center For LASIK, will be the one doing it for sure!!! Can't thank them enough for their services!!!

Fantastic LASIK! The procedure was quick and painless, but that is not the best part of this office. Its the people, everyone smiled and was happy to work there. They offered beverages and snacks, and had all the information ready. This clean and comfortable facility puts nerves at ease, especially when the staff is so delightful. I had Dr. Burks perform my LASIK surgery, his professionalism, charm, and skill made the whole process a breeze. If you need any eye care, I recommend going here.

This one start is for the customer service of the front desk the only reason I come to this office is for the doctors they are amazing, im a Dr myself and if I had these receptionist in my office I would fire them in the spot, wow what a poor customer service, they don't even say hello
