I apologize for your stress over the work order. We offered to reschedule to come out on that Wednesday but that was the day of the inclement weather. We gave you a full refund and again apologize for the break down of service.

ZERO STARS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wasted hours of my life trying to track these jokers down to do the job I paid them for. Only thing they did correctly was take my money. Day of delivery I am told driver can't make it due to inclement weather. It's sunny and 80 degrees, hasn't rained in days. Driver never called I had to reach out them. And then lies on top of lies. I got my money back and rented a U-Haul truck and got it myself for a third of the price. I recommend you do the same. When I did ask for my money back I was treated about as rudely as I ever have on the phone. Is this even a real company???

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Bought a grill from home depot. Took there time about two weeks to finally get in contact with me when under home depot website should be two day. Once got ahold of scheduled appt for following week. Got call two days before saying installer sick and couldn't make appt we will call next day to reschedule, no call.. Called them the following day and asked what was up. They so kindly offered to have installer another 12 days later to do installation. Told them to eat it got refund from home depot and called local handyman and paid them approx same price and will show up this weekend. They did nothing other then shrugged their shoulders on call. This is a company waiting for another company to come in and take their business from them. If you have a handyman use them vs. this company as they bumped me then bumped me way out which was completely unacceptable. There is a thing called service level agreements which this company obviously hasn't heard of.or just can care less.

After being very disappointed with the company due to waiting for two no show delivery appointments without any communications or calls from the driver. The next morning I did get a call from Larry who explained to me that the driver was fired and no longer with the firm. Larry immediately connected me with James a very professional mover and assembler (Highly Recommended) James was at my door with the treadmill in under an hour. James was very familiar with the treadmill and it took him about 45 minutes to assemble. It would of taken me all day or at least 3 to 4 hours to figure out how put the treadmill together. I have changed my rating from one star to four stars understanding that things happen but in the end Assemblers Incorporated made it right.

Mr. Chadwick, Assemblers Incorporated pays their technicians piece rate. For every item the employee assembles, they will receive a percentage of each. In the event an employee works more than 40 hours during the pay period, Assemblers Incorporated follows the regulations set by the FLSA, for employees receiving this pay type. Piece rate work may not be ideal for some companies, but it is a model that works best for our organization for twenty-four years and counting. As well as keeping us in compliance with the law. I have worked here since February and the company as I'm finding out is a huge joke pay really is not that good, you don't make $800-$1000 a week like they advertise, you never know what's going on because one person tells you one thing and the next person tells you something completely different, and let's not forget this whopper they will only pay you half time, yes I know it's not a typo or anything I did say 1/2 time, for your overtime that you work. So if you work 50 hours one week and you hourly rate averages to $15/hr they only pay you $7.50 for that 10 hrs of overtime. WHAT??? That cat be legal. All the laws that I read say time and a half. So that would be $22.50/hr instead. My last check was short a little over $300 but they say no it's not because you only gt a third of your OT pay you're supposed to get. So yeah we will see I guess. Good luck if you try to work here
