Demandforce has some of the absolute worst customer service that I have seen in a very long time. We pay them $800.00 every month without exception for 2 locations and I have been calling for 4 days STRAIGHT without a return phone. Multiple messages to our salesperson and even one to his boss without a return phone. Unbelievable actually ... I thought the days of having to pay for terrible service ended had long passed but they have defied the odds.

Used them for years and was happy with service but switched software and didn't need their service and they were very unhelpful I'm canceling. Will not recommend to anyone.
We love Demandforce! Erik is GREAT - he is a constant source of support, information and great ideas to help us promote our practice. We have seen an increase in client visits and improved client communications. I don't know what we would do without Erik!
