After they completed the carpet wash, did a full vacuum after 1 day to make sure it was fully dried and still it was pulling up alot of dirt. Did complain to MS Cleaning about how dirty the carpets still were and was told he would give 50% of my money back which still has happened 2 months after the cleaning. Rang him twice no answer definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Still had to get the cleaned again so cost me twice.

Avoid like the plague. These guys have left my living room carpet and my living room sofa in a worse state than before they arrived. They came to clean both and left both soaking wet which took days and days to dry (it shouldn't!) And now I'm left with a carpet which stinks, and I mean absolutely stinks. It smells worse than before we had them come to clean it. I'm going to have to pay again to get this rectified, if it can be. I've tried to resolve this with them and they have refused to give me my money back so will be taking it down the legal route. They have even tried to say that the business has been sold on to stop any liability in their part. Lovely chaps...! Very unprofessional, terrible workmanship so just do not bother. Giving them 1 star is too good but you can't give zero stars.

Very rude person. Couldnt even speak correct English as the ethnic language was very poor. Told them they live in the clean air zone so we wouldnt be able to come unless they pay the charge. They wouldnt have none of it. Said it doesnt apply to them. But it does to us. Im Happy to not do jobs for people like this who call themselves good people. The text I received was vulgar tbh. With no understanding.

Took the booking but had no intention of coming made excuses for 2 days eventually cancelling the booking first the van broke down then some other lame excuse. Were also very rude and unprofessional took no responsibility of there mistake instead blamed the customer reading previous reviews this is not the first time this has happened and Im not the only customer who has witnessed there unprofessional and racist attitude only people they seem to be doing this is with mainly people who are Muslims anyone wanting to book a service dont book Ms cleaning rather pay extra and go somewhere else dont waste your time with this racist company. No doubt they will reply to this review as they have others blaming the customer and mocking there ethnicity just as they have with others and not admitting no fault of there own. As you can all see this horrible miserable man has proven himself to be a racist by the reply he gave to my review this is exactly what I meant so stay away good to know this review is going to remain here and people in the future who do decide to book are aware of what they will have to face
