We came up for the weekend and were leaving this morning to head home and decided to stop at Cafe Vero for breakfast because of the good reviews they had. Don't bother coming here! Two of us ordered over easy eggs. When the food came, one of the orderes had the eggs cooked solid. When we said something to the server, after picking up the over cooked egg and wiggling it saying we ordered over easy eggs, his reply was "all good then." We also ordered bacon and sausage and he said they would be right out. They NEVER came! My husband ordered pancakes. If you like pancakes that are solid and like leather, then this place is for you! We went to the counter to express our disappointment and the workers seemed concerned. When they brought the manager out, she only gave us our money back for the sausage and bacon! What about the eggs! Our meals should have been compted! The people next to us also had complaints. Go somewhere else, any where else. Not worth the aggravation.

If you want to pay $80 for 4 people to eat breakfast and wait almost an hour for omelets then this is the place for you. Got to the restaurant a little after 10 and was able to find a table to fit my party of 7. At 10:40 we placed 2 separate orders back to back. Half the party got their food 15 mins after ordering. By the time they finished their food and was ready to go, we were STILL waiting for our food. We got told multiple times that our food would be ready within 5 mins. Our table had to wait almost an hour for our food. Spoke to the owner and she claimed the reason why half our party got their food, but the other party didnt was because in the time frame from when the first half ordered to when the second half ordered was because there was multiple orders placed between that. Then I asked how come the table next to us sat down 20 mins ago and they already have their food and we are still waiting for ours and she said it was because we ordered omelets and thats a different station in the kitchen. By the time our food got to the table everyone was done with their drinks. Complementary re fills would have been nice considering the circumstances, but everyone had to eat their food with no drinks. I thought the owner would stop by and check to see how our food was, but that didnt happen. Once the food is dropped that is it. We asked for our English muffins to be toasted, which they were not and was straight out of the package with butter. Overall, coffee was 10/10, which is why I gave 2 stars. Service is terrible 0/10. Food is below average 3/10. *** these ratings were agreed with my whole party of 7***

Oh HELL NO !! Place was not very clean, staff seamed unprepared. The kaiser sandwich was extremely dull and dry, asked more mayonnaise but they do not have any.
