A company other than MIG was contracted to host the site and responsible for the problems. Like you, we were so disappointed that the site went down. We worked diligently alongside the Mary Kay team to develop a very successful alternate hosting solution that was substituted. MIG was responsible for producing the content for the event (video, graphics, animation, etc.) alongside the Mary Kay team. We hope you enjoyed the rest of the event and had a good convention experience overall.

My direct sale company used this group to organize one of our biggest events of the year that has been moved virtually due to covid. When it was time to go live the site crashed. 68,000+ people were let down and the whole event has been postponed till they can figure out either how to fix it to handle the amount of ppl they promised or go with some line else completely.
Great experience with the owner, made me feel like part of the family. I never had the honor of working as a contractor for such an awesome group of people. If they treat me so well, I can only imagine how they treat their customers. AWESOME!
