Theyre to busy to set up my appointment and cut my hair. Worst service ever dont go here. And they dont answer there phone for area codes that arent Vegas.

First time trying to use the Den with Michael. He had to cancel due to accident, understandable. Was rescheduled and 17 minutes past new reservation he is still another client. Had to tell another barber I am leaving. Wont recommend the Den to anyone. This town is so hard to find good customer service.

The Den is awesome! The staff are all friendly and the environment is very welcoming. Went in to get a new hairstyle/cut and Fabiola went over every detail I spoke with her about and I left the shop satisfied and feeling confident. I definitely recommend checking The Den out 100% worth it!

The den is one of the higher end barbershops Ive been in through out my life. Led by the owner, Michael, their services, attitudes, cut quality, and diverse product use/sales is what makes them the best barbershop in town hands down. Not going anywhere else as long as I live in Vegas.

Terribly unprofessional. Im new in town, the reviews read well, and the location is nearby. I set a first appointment today. Walked into a shop at the address given but with a different name on the door. I was told theyre upstairs. Already weird. No wonder Apple Maps tried to send me across town. Was instructed to go upstairs and nobody was there to greet me. I waited 20 minutes on the couch. Walked out.
