After reviewing, I have received a response. See original post below: I worked with Custom Woven Labels a division of Custom Patches Inc. Their labels stained my product. When I wrote to them to ask for advice, they originally seemed concerned and asked for photos. I sent them immediately. It has been over a month and a half now and I written followups asking for a response, but I have not received any response at all. Originally I only wanted advice, but because of their product, I have lost 100s of dollars of merchandise which is a hard hit for a small businesses trying to make a start.

Custom Patches created an extremely professional experience starting at the initial contact, as the design artist created my patches and final delivery of the high quality product.
