We are very sorry to receive our first bad review in 27 years due to an angry customer who wanted to do his own work which resulted in the damaged goods. Unfortunately we only warranty our work. We did not do any work at your house and unfortunately for you over three weeks after your top was installed you hired an amateur to install your back splash which they were cutting on top of your new Cambria countertops. The sink arrived damaged after you claimed that you have never received it and when we provided the tracking number. You found it all of a sudden. Since we had issues like that we have ordered a replacement sink but you never came to pick it up. You are still welcome to pick up your sink but you will have to return the damaged sink back. Good luck to you in the future.

Received a damaged sink and Gil never replaced it even though he said he would. Received damaged countertops and never bothered to find a solution, instead ignored the issue. Literally had to call the manufacturer's mysekf of the products to get some type of response. I was warned by a customer who had a bad experience with Gill and advised me not to do business with Gil, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. $8,000 not well spent! I am not a happy customer and willl never do business and/or recommend the Custom Spot to anyone!

I highly recommend the Custom Spot. We remodeled our master bath and kitchen and ordered the cabinets, tile, fixtures and vanity from them. Everything was high quality looks beautiful. Gil was super responsive, helped us pick out different finishes, and was so nice to work with. Their pricing was competitive and fair.

My wife and I couldnt be happier with the design, quality of cabinets and workmanship by Gil and his team. Gil designed a magazine worthy finished product. He was there for us every step of the way and accommodated any changes or upgrades we wanted along the way. I would highly recommend The Custom Spot for any remodeling jobs you might consider, I wouldnt hire anyone else!!!
