Sold cars for quite a few years myself and I was pretty disappointed in the service we received. The sales guy was new and he was a great guy but definitely needed some training. Didn't get a manager really involved until we were pulling out of the lot. My opinion is early management involvement so that way everyone's on the same page and shows that more that you guys care about what we are trying to achieve.
Review update: I changed the rating to 1 star after the dealership called about this review. I was informed that our conversation was video taped without our permission during the finance and insurance meeting. I have several concerns about this, besides privacy issues, being our financial information might fall into the wrong hands and if this was used as an advantage to coerce us into buying the extended warranty. I was told during this recent phone call there was a disclaimer on the wall of the office about being video taped. There was a lot of stuff on the walls and it would be unreasonable that a customer would be able to pick it out and read the disclaimer unless it was pointed out. My husband and I bought a Chrysler 2012 here a couple of weeks ago and I would give this review a 4-5 star rating for our exceptional sales lady, Monique, she did a great job getting us the used car we wanted and lowered the price because the back up camera wasn't working. She is friendly and accommodating. I want to make it clear that our sales lady, Monique, did a great job. Finance, on the other hand, used aggressive and relentless upsell techniques to try to sell us an extended warranty. The warranty would've added a few thousand dollars to the price tag. My husband and I repeatedly said no to this warranty and its extra cost and were met with several questions asking us why we didn't want it. I left for a few minutes to take a phone call and returned to find 2 people double teaming my husband and asking him in accusatory tones why he didn't want the extended warranty. When I asked them why they were still trying to sell us the warranty when we had made it clear we didn't want it, they asked more questions about why we didn't want the warranty. It felt like we were being given the third degree. I soon understood they needed more of an explanation of why we didn't want the warranty and that we just wanted to pay for our car and go. We eventually bought the car and left with a lingering feeling that there might be something wrong with the car because of their hardcore warranty sales tactics. We had our mechanic look at it and it's a great car. We would never recommend this dealership solely based on the way finance treated us.

Had a similar experience as described in earlier reviews. Sales process and negotiations were excellent, really enjoyed working with Marcus and the rest of that team. Several issues with Financing, however. Forgot to have us fill out a necessary form and also screwed up the loan details. Made repeated calls to try and get the issue resolved - promises of calls back, but nothing ever done. Finally just worked it out with the credit union myself. Pretty pathetic service - was clear that once they had what they needed (with the previously mentioned missing form), they didn't care about fixing the loan payment error that affected me. There's too many places that sell the same car, for about the same price, to waste time with someone who puts so little into post-sale customer service. Will never return.
