Pay your bills. A company this size should have better accountability and work flows. To many inexperienced people trying to do work they dont understand. A second fiddle to Webcor and Swinerton.

They blocked off the street between Mission and South Van Ness, put up fences, put out picnic tables noone uses, and of course a security guard. No sense of community. My guess is they don't want diy'ers using discount builders.
