Representing Associated Pools Inc. I couldnt be more pleased with the products and service we received from these ladies. When we first began looking at promotional products we tried using one of the large national companies, thinking that they would be cheaper and easier to deal with. After searching through a certain large companies products we realized that they didnt really have much customization. For some this isnt an issue, but we want to represent our brand in a certain way. We deal with design, creativity, precision, and quality. We want our promotions to reflect that. After calling this large company to see if a custom order could be placed, they told us we would just have to settle for what they offered. We looked at a few different larger companies, still thinking that they would be the easier and cheaper option. We ran into the same issues. Finally, we decided to go local, despite what we though would be a higher price (it wasnt). And we came across Pyro Novelties. They were the first place I went in to visit, and the only. Immediately after walking in I was greeted by both Jennifer and Katherine. They asked me what I was looking for and I showed them my concepts. They showed me examples of the products they had so I knew the quality before placing an order (that was super important). They even helped me brainstorm different ideas for the products without just trying to up sell the order. You can tell they genuinely want to see your idea come to life. They were able to customize everything (more or less) to the way we wanted. They were for sure more accommodating than the larger places. The pricing was on par with that of the larger ones as well. Jennifer and Katherine kept constant communication throughout the process with prompt responses to any of my questions. The turnaround time for the order was short, and they even offered to deliver them straight to our business. Overall the products we received were exactly what we wanted, quality. I would highly recommend their services. I know we will be using Pyro from now on.
