Worst Company Ive ever dealt with in my life. Had to wait 6months for 50% of an order and another 6months for the rest which is still missing items to this day. Regrettable is an understatement in describing this company. Not only was the delivery time diabolical but when the workwear finally surfaced the Print in the rear was printed in the completely wrong colour (white and grey) from what was stitched at the front. When questioned I was told the white used was actually grey even though they were supplied a template to use. The embroidery is poor quality compared to other companies Ive since used. It was supplied already frayed and gaps in the stitching with the reverse of the stitching left with massive bits of scrap fabric theyve used to embroider to. In regards to the quality of the garments supplied what was requested was premium quality and I was happy to pay the uplift in cost, what was supplied was complete garbage and had shrunk and bobbled after 2 washes. When all this was brought to their attention theyve made every attempt to duck responsibility. Basically Blame, Excuse and Denial across the board whilst at the same time blaming each other. It was Embarrassing. I made the mistake of trying to support a small local business but in hindsight this company was completely out of their depths with my expectations after a lot of time invested to ensure they could deliver what I was asking, which was just a good experience that represented value for money as it was in excess of 1800.00 Car Crash of a company to deal with on all fronts. If anyone has any sense they would avoid these pair of Clowns on all fronts, use a bigger company who are service driven and are bothered enough to want to uphold their reputation. Theyre inability to carry any responsibility when youre in business is alarming. If I could score them a minus I would because of the sheer amount of mistakes after given the benefit of the doubt after excuses. If I could upload pictures for the world to see I would. Its that bad.

The best customer service you could wish for. Niel was absolutely amazing when I approached him about t shirts for my cousins funeral. Not only did he show sympathy for the situation.. he made sure I had nothing to worry about and got everything done in plenty of time . I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone... they were faultless.
