Cant properly repair mechanical watches. Caused me so much headache when trying to repair watch. Good customer service masked incompetent watch repairers.

I know a one star review is not what a company should have to endure. However I am not a happy repeat customer. A few months ago I purchased a King Samurai Seiko via your store with the assistance of Fred. He was wonderful and I have no complaints about him A few days ago I stopped by to look at a few watches I am debating. Unfortunately I was not dressed in my best clothing. Simple jeans and a t shirt. I asked (after waiting quite a while) to look at two watches which I asked for by brand and model name. This should have made the salesman realize I have a watch knowledge. He acted as if I was bothering him. He offered no additional information regarding the watches. He was not friendly and seemed happy to to see me leave. I was totally embarrassed in front of my daughter Judging a book by its cover is poor salesmanship I will drive a few more miles and go to Mayors or just orderly directly from the watchmaker.

I have a Guess watch that is the worse design since the notch is right next to the lug so no one can get the tool underneath to pop the back off. I took it to 3 people and they not only couldnt pop the back off they scratched it all up! Orlando Watch not only changed the battery but buffed the scratches off the back! They were so helpful and friendly. I will only go to this store from now on.
