Three days ago, I called in to report that there were three dogs clearly abandoned next to the freeway on Clark Street between Dakota Ave. and Garland Ave. here in Fresno. I was told that they would send someone to pick them up. We'll guess what, the dogs are still there. The CCSPCA is a garbage organization and should get any funding they receive pulled.

I called to rehome a German Shepherd. By looking at the reviews I decided to use their website and home her until someone got back to me. It's been a few months now and no response. I don't want to take her to their shelter. Hopefully someone can give her a home.
