I loved my first oreck I had for many years. It finally craped out and I brought it here to get fixed. They told me it was going to be as much as a new one costs. So I buy the new one. It breaks on the first use. It's a little dusty, but only used once. They acted like it was thrown out a window and would not give me my full refund even though I had the receipt and was within the 30 days. Don't waste the trip. You'll get better customer service ordering online. Because apparently every store is individually owned and they can screw you if they see fit and corporate can't do anything about it. On the other hand. Corporate was nice and is sending me some free parts and filling a complaint. Just don't go to Susan Reeves with any complaints at this store, apparently she is the supreme goddess and final say so in vacuums. It would have been easier to return a car you put a thousand miles on.
Mr. Coutts, we have looked through our customer records and cannot find a work order with your name and contact information. I am sorry that we did not clearly communicate our findings from the initial inspection. We are very much in the repair business and if it makes sense to repair we are able to do that. Took our steam cleaner there to get a clog fixed in the shampoo sprayer and was told "the motor is bad" even though it sucks up liquid like it was new...oh and it was worth $100 on trade for a new $500 unit on a "sale that ended today"...enter at your own risk with this scam artist.
My Hoover vacuum was not working properly, so even though I was thinking of buying a new one, I thought I'd see what this vacuum shop could do. When I rolled it in, the woman at the counter did a quick diagnosis and within less than five minutes had it working perfectly again! And best of all, when I went to pay she said, "No charge." It doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend the professionals at this store.
i went to go get my vacuum fixed a snobby older lady came out took one look and said 150$.. to clean it bc its so nasty looking.. i mean its not like i wipe down my vacuum after i clean with it.. and its not nasty.. just a little dusty? on the bottom!... then tried to sell me a 400$ used vacuum wasting my time.. then pushed me out the door bc i had no credit!>. horrible..
