This builder gets it! I know the owner personally and also have done some work for them. Just a great overall operation. I recommend them to anyone who is thinking of building a home. We just moved into our new Sandhollow home and couldnt be happier! Our experience building our new home was made super easy. Sandhollows basic packages are upgrades for a lot of other home builders and their allowances are more than adequate to allow full choice and customization of your home. In full disclosure, I am one of the listing agents for Sandhollow Homes at Sundance Estates in Richland. That aside, I am also an owner of a Sandhollow Home. My search for our home originally did not include new construction. However as this home neared completion we felt drawn to it, it felt like our home. Had I embraced this sooner I could have selected all the finishes myself, moved a wall or window, added upgrades to suit our lifestyle. But they have thought of it all and have their floor plans and features dialed in-and we were sold. The floor plan was perfect for my family with large rooms, high ceilings, split bedroom layout, enormous kitchen island, wall oven and microwave built in near a convenient prep area, and a range hood (no over the stove-top micro for this gal) with 5 burner gas cooktop! I have sold homes for many builders in our area, and I come from a family with a custom home construction business. Sandhollow builds a solid home for a competitive price, builds quickly without compromising, and I'm proud to represent them as a listing agent and my family is super happy living in our new home.
