I am a dentist and never been treated so bad in a medical office. The staff is excellent, the review is for Dr. Sembraba. I think this Dr. Skip the class of patient management. I felt so mistreated, he was rude, unprofessional and I had to change my glasses in less than a year because I couldnt work with them. The attitude and poor manners of Dr. Sambrana surprised me, I dont think that someone that treats a patient with so little respect and been so rude shouldnt be allowed to work in the United States. The best advice I can give you is to never go to Dr Sambrana.

I was on the phone for a long time trying to see if they take my insurance people answering the phone left me on hold for a long time i decided to go somewhere else no good services waiting and waiting no good services here very disappointed

We are very sorry that your interaction with Maria was less than it should have been. Frankly we are somewhat shocked, as Maria has worked with us for 26 years and is usually the object of praise from our patients. But of course she is human and not perfect. Again our apologies. Though we try to accommodate all appointment requests, we cannot overbook and so diminish the patient care experience. Both my daughters are seen here and I love the Doctors, but the person in the front Maria is very rude. She is very impatient and does not even try to help you when making appointments. I tried making an appointment and I was disappointed with her attitude and her condescending way she spoke me. When someone calls for an appointment its because they really want to seen.
