Its a great place to live if you love inconsistent management, being constantly disregarded by office/leasing staff, and having your lease violated by management! One CA will tell you something one day, and the next day someone will tell you something completely different. Its incredibly frustrating to live at a complex that is so disorganized and unethical in practice. They prey on students who wont speak up for themselves or be assertive when it comes to knowing your lease rights, as they try to get away with so many things. The location is nice, but the office is run by a clique of friends who really dont care about their residents and dont take you seriously. If you value location over management and office staff following the rules in the lease, then the domain would be a great place to consider. My biggest advice would be to know your lease like the back of your hand, and stand up for yourself when they try to take advantage of you. Also, residents used to receive bonuses and perks for leaving great reviews about the complex so the reviews here are incredibly incentivized.

Worst place to live for college students!! Office staff are clueless and dont answer phones or call back when told. They are all about taking money and only care for that!

They never ever reply your email. They will email you right away if they wants something for you but never reply email if you wants something. The office is always empty and staffs are not helpful AT ALL
