I called A 1 Service for appointment for a breaker replacement I needed in my electrical panel was told Ryan would call me and schedule a time to come out and help me get it replaced with what I needed right way. No call that day so I called back on the second day and was told he must be busy I will text and have him call you right away. No call on the second day or the third day either. This company is a joke and has no customer service what so ever. Do yourself a favor and call HedgeHog Electric. totally different experience at lest they will do what they say the will and return calls.

One of the worst mistakes we've ever made was to have A-1's plumber come out and replace our shower knobs. He used the cheapest knobs I've ever seen, didn't give us any say because it was under our home warranty. (They don't match any of our faucets, fixtures, etc.) Within a month, two of the 3 broke. When we called them it'd been over 30 days and we were informed they only warranty their work for 30 days. So we're stuck with a knob that if we're lucky we get more than a trickle to fill our kids' tub (and once we get water to come out its almost impossible to keep it from dripping after) and another that the knob broke off and we have a tiny stick to try to adjust water pressure and temperature. If you want to throw your time and money down the toilet and you love inconvenience and hassle then this is the plumber you want to call! One star because I can't give 0 stars.

I have used A-1 for nearly the last 20 years for both plumbing and HVAC. I have had them provide services to my home as well as my commercial building. 100% of the time their work has been in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing has always been more than fair. The owner Shayne is a man of utmost integrity. This company has been in business for over four decades; no business can serviive that long without quality and integrity. I have seen a negative review naming an employee named Dan, I ask for Dan! In my business I have found that some people are just not able to be satisfied, also many negative reviews are left by people who were never even customers, but are actually left by competitors trying to cause harm and game Google reviews.

A-1 Services was contracted by HomeServe.com to do plumbing on outside issues with septic systems and leaking outside pipes, with a promise of contacting us within 24 hours. It was a full week before anyone called at all. Instead of telling HomeServe that they would not be able to fulfill their obligation to the customer, they took the order and left us hanging. Upon calling A-1Services to discuss this issue a very rude lady told me it was not their responsibility to let us know they couldn't be here for a week. NEVER use them.
