This was probably the worst service I have received in my life. I had a fault on one of my inverters that I needed a professional to diagnose the problem. First I had to call them back twice just to get the appointment set up. Then they made a point to say their fee was $175. I thought a little high but if they could diagnose and fix the problem great. Well the technician shows up stays for 1 hour said he is out of time and couldn't find the problem. Left with wires dangling and no resolution. They email a bill the next morning but no follow up call. Once again I have to call them. They said the $175 is only for an hour. They would write another quote for the tech to come back and finish. After waiting 3 days I get a quote for over $850 to disconnect wires and pull off panels to troubleshoot the problem. That was the last straw. Called for a 2nd opinion. This company came out and diagnosed a bad inverter in 15 minutes. No lie. Didn't charge and said the inverter is still on warranty so they would start that process. Solar maintenance pros are no pros at all. I am very disappointed that I paid them $175 for nothing. Be careful if you choose them for a maintenance work. Update: After hearing of my unpleasant experience, they contacted me. They sincerely apologized and offered a full refund. This was definitely what I would expect from a good company and it was appreciated. Even though the service didn't work out for me. They did make it right which shows that they do value their customers and will do what is necessary to make things right.

Hi KG, I would like to reconcile the situation and earn your trust back. I apologize that we cleaned your panels before you had time to cancel the appointment. I certainly wouldn't want you to feel as if you wasted your money. Can we circle back towards the end of October and reclean the panels at no cost? Or, you could use this free cleaning at your leisure. Please let me know and I will make it right for you!

Solar panels are cleaned but they showed up three days early. Didnt have time to cancel service because of the local fires. They notified me 15 min in advance before cleaning when they said they theyd do it hours in advance. Wouldnt use again.

Jason was the Solar project manager for my house. He kept me in the loop at all times. I cant say enough about how pleased we were with everyone who worked on this project. The electrical subcontractor Jim, did an awesome job installing a new master Solar Breaker box. He truly cares about quality! The Job site inspector gave Jim high remarks for his attention to details and quality. The job site Solar installation leader Donovan and his team, (Ryan, Jorge and Jose) were true professional and went over and above to ensure they answer all of our questions and did a thorough clean up after the job was done!

I cancelled after a year contract. No one answers the phone or it is always busy. Their website doesn't work. They promised to come out to look at my panels per our contract but never came. I actually paid another company to fix my panels even though I had a contract with them. Just sad. I do not recommend. Don't believe me, call them yourselves right now.
