No point in hiring a company you have to clean up after. Called this company to get the smell out of our basement carpet after some minor flooding which was a simple job and was done fine. David who showed up around 9:15am decided it would then be a good idea to dump his dirty buckets as well as empty his vaccum in the middle of the driveway which I have on my front camera. All of the grime as well as some random paper shreddings which were definitely not in my home were left in my driveway. No hose used to try and wash it away and even better, I have multiple storm drains which could have been used. Called the office around 3pm when I noticed and was told a supervisor would call me back which never happened. Called David who didnt seem to care but claimed he would come back at 7pm and of course he never showed up. Now Im left to clean up after a cleaning company - ironic. Never again with these people.

Had a good experience with Staten Island Affordable Carpet Cleaning. Friendly and cheap. Had a pretty tricky stain they had to come back to fix but no haggling or upcharging.

I called Staten Island Affordable Carpet Cleaning to rid my home of an unusual odor. It was like nothing I have ever smelled here in Staten Island or anywhere. The carpet cleaning technician said he thought it was something that got into the carpet. I have no pets or kids so I had no idea. He gave the carpet a deep cleaning and the smell has been gone for over two weeks. I may never know what it is but I did find a great carpet cleaning company. My carpet never looked better.
