We looked through all our reservation requests and found nothing relating to your email account. We are sorry we couldnt help with your event, but your review is not quite accurate. We tried to get in touch with you throughout the week before your event to confirm. Seven calls were made, as well as many text messages. Voicemail messages were left, with the final message indicating that your reservation would be cancelled if we didnt hear from you that day, as your reservation was the following day. The deadline passed, your reservation was cancelled and deposit refunded immediately. Please check with your bank to confirm the refund, it may take a few days to process. During peak season, we confirm all reservations as we are at capacity every weekend. If a customer decides to cancel last minute (often forgetting to tell us), we typically have customers on a waiting list who will take the reservation. We understand this is frustrating, but we tried for days to confirm your reservation. We hope to serve you for your next event and that you understand our position.

This guy the last minute cancels on me on the day before because I didnt answer the phone but hasnt gave me the money back for the rental. The reason I didnt answer the phone is because I was at work and not trying to rip people off like him

Sean and his Kealoha team were awesome for my nephew's birthday party! We had an awesome time with all the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the photo booth was so cool. All the kids got a big kick out of the things to do on the photo booth to add graphics and such... We'll def use them again, the party was a total hit!

Absolutely give this business 5 stars and would give 6 if I could. The other company I made reservations with cancelled on me the morning of my Sons party! I came across Kealoha Events and they saved the day!! They came through for us big time! They had everything I wanted from the bounce house to the snow cone machine! I even got a better deal! Very friendly and professional! Definitely using them at my next party...

Hi Stacia, I'm really sorry you weren't happy with your experience. It seemed like your guests all enjoyed it from the comments I received. As for sneaking into the kitchen, either you or another female at your event offered something to eat and said to get anything from the food selection there, I said thank you and did get a bite to eat. Neither I, nor my staff, would ever take food or anything from a customer without permission. I don't recall ever yelling at you, but I did have an issue finding your address. I apologize if it seemed as if I was yelling while talking through my hands-free device. We aim to provide an awesome experience with all our events and if this missed the mark for you, I'm truly sorry!

I rented Mickey Mouse for my sons first birthday and never gave my son his special gift. The party planer was sneaking into the kitchen eating the cupcakes without permission. However the Mickey Guy was so nice. Also did not provide everything and party planner yelled at me cuz he couldnt find the address after everyone else could find it. Worst $185 I have ever spent.
