This is by far the WORST HOA company ever. They treat HOME OWNERS like renters and their goal is control every single aspect of where you live like youre paying them rent and theyre doing you favors. They do not do anything but wrote letters and charge you fees for nothing. I requested to have a bush removed and had to make 3 requests and wait 5 months and they still did not do anything. NO NO BUT THEY SENT ME A LETTER TO TAKE DOWN CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!!! A Red RIBBON I was TOLD to place on the bush so they knew which one to remove. Yeah they fined me for something they told me to do. They are tyrants and do not work what so ever. This is the WORST company ever.

As a home owner in a townhouse complex managed by Creative Management, I have always experienced very professional, courteous, and prompt responses to any requests or concerns I have shared with Creative. I have lived her since 2005 and Creative Management has managed this property for almost the entire time. I'm glad they are our management company.

The reason I give 5 stars is because our contact, Linda Tsacalides, is amazing. She is super responsive and responsible. Before she was our contact, there were issues with the other manager, but Linda works hard and deserves a 5 star service rating. I guess it all depends on who your property manager is. Thank you Linda for all your hard work.

I live on an apartment complex (La Cordoba) managed by creative management and they been doing pretty bad with maintaining there property because there not working on there property! Many pot holes and cracks are appearing all around the property marking your hard to drive and as well a deeply pot crack on the entrance of the apartments! When it rains the property floods as well too!! Thr office is always closed almost all the day. And recently even the grass maintenance has been doing bad as well because there not cutting the grass. Grass is almost over a foot now!! I wish this apartments could have another owner !
