Absolutely ridiculous. These people have no clue what they are doing. It is truly a sad state of affairs at Culinary.
The coverage is amazing... The review refers to payment access - the phone system is in need of an upgrade. I can't pay online and reps can't take payment over the phone.
This union has to be one of the worst I have worked for.
