Damaged a suit from Men's Warehouse while being altered. Blamed the damage on the quality of the suit and asked me to get another one from them. Refused to refund the $120 I paid for the alterations on top of it and only agreed to refund $60 after a long conversation.

I apologize for what transpired when you called this morning. I was not in shop when you called, and apparently one of my tailors answered the phone. Unfortunately it was pretty busy and hectic. But none the less no reason for the tailor to have been abrupt with you. He should have explained that we are not shirt makers and don't do much with shirt alterations. Again I feel bad, and if you still need a shirt maker in the area, I would be glad to recommend one or two to you. I contacted Frank's because I saw good reviews online. I have been looking for a place to get a couple new suits and from the reviews I read, this place seemed great, but I initially called today (9:15AM on 8/11/17) to ask about shirt alterations. The man who answered the phone was easily one of the rudest people I've encountered in the service industry. Within five seconds of picking up the phone, he said Frank's couldn't do shirt alternations - I don't think he even understood what I was asking because he didn't give me time to explain what I was looking for - then he abruptly hung up on me. There's no way I will go to Frank's to get new suits or anything for that matter. When you're looking for something that's of high quality and custom made, having someone who won't listen to what the customer is asking is a huge red flag. Better off going somewhere else.

If you need a suit (or other dress clothes) and want to look good, you should pay a visit to Frank's (across from the Park St. T station). They have great selection and will make you look good. Your purchase includes the cost of tailoring, which is a great deal. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. I've received many compliments on the suits that I have bought from them.

Quality work for reasonable prices with a quick turnaround. I bought my wedding suit from Frank's, Bill was great in helping my find what I was looking for and the tailoring was exactly as I wanted. After that I also got a nice sportscoat and a suit altered here, all just as good.
