Thanks for your feedback Kath, you ordered this unit on eBay without confirming cost of freight to Adelaide from Sydney which is over 1000km,we only use proper removals and not companies like TNT which are only over night carriers. Despite the unit value being only $410.00 we do have a responsibility to make sure we get it to you safely. Once you commit to buy it on eBay and do go a head with the transaction we get charged fees.. also the freight considering the size of this unit and the distance it needed to travel in a safe manner $250.00 is fair we also allow for our clients to arrange there own freight, you also never inquired prior to ordering it for the cost of the freight, unfair review in my humble opinion...

$410 tv unit on EBay turned into an extra $240 delivery. Emailed this business 3 times to advise delivery too much and please cancel order. No response from them other than for them to lodge an Ebay complaint against me- Appalling behaviour from a business especially during these covid times. I would not recommend buying from this place especially online. Your reply is ironic as you dont answer emails, that was my initial complaint. You didnt answer re postage and subsequent emails. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIVE AROUND THE CORNER AND CAN PICK UP PRODUCT.
