Tickets at work is the worst company in the world. I had to cancel my reservation due to car trouble. I followed the cancelation policy of the hotel, but tickets at work customer service was closed. They had a fit about the refund. Even though the hotel said they would only charge me for one night, tickets at work had a fit and said they were charging me for the whole stay, because they were closed when I called to cancel. Which is against the hotel's policy, but the customer service is all in Mexico and they want to steal as much as possible.

I was a little disappointed in the room lay out. The pictures were misleading, as they showed a separate sleeping area from the sitting area. It was me, my dad, and my brother all in the same room. My dad and my brother slept together. Had the room been as pictured, they would have been able to sleep in separate rooms. I called the Reservation line prior to making reservations and was told the bedroom was seperated by a wall from the sitting srea. Also there were ants in the room as well.

this is the third time I have used Tickets at work and probably the last. the previous time have been great best deals and everything went smoothly. however this last time was a train wreck. I was never notified that I needed to set up an account with the actual company I was getting the discount for. Tickets at work failed to send them my reservation. And due to a hurricane I missed a few days and they will not help me out. When I finally arrived the place did not have my reservation and advised me to call Tickets at work, I called and told them what was happening and they replied they would look into it and get back to me in 72 hours. This was while I was in a different state with no place to go because I had booked a reservation and I had 2 hours before a wedding. The deal was great and all I can say is if you use them make sure you contact the actual company you are getting the discount on and make sure they have your reservation.
