This was awful. I've had to bring my WRX STI in multiple times for the same issue (vibration and pulling left, tire pressure indicator coming on) and they were never able to fix it. I finally brought it in again today, and the guy was extremely rude with me and they refused to even take the car. I am definitely never taking the car there again, and I will be also filing a complaint directly with Subaru of America. AVOID THIS SHOP!

I have my Subaru Forester serviced here for last several years. The staff has been very courteous and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The services, repairs and recall work have been done per specs. I would highly recommend their services for your vehicle maintenance as well.

I'm a real disabled American with a service dog I sat in front of their business to rest because I thought it was a friendly place they called the cops on me and had me ticketed and removed from the property and told me that if I ever come back I'd be trespassing I never even talked to anyone I never even saw anybody the manager just attacked us with the police shame on this business for hating disabled Americans for hating service dogs shame on the manager in this company shame on you treating us as criminals Subaru dealer owes me an apology they owe me a free car Hallelujah in the name of Jesus
