Just gave it one star because I had to. This place is over priced and billing department is so unbelievably clueless. I went for a "routine" eye exam. They wanted a specialist copay. I explained it should be covered 100%, no copay. They refused to see me without payment. I walked out!
Techs worked around network issues as though they didn't happen, saw the Doctor quickly and was provided with excellent care. Accepted my insurance and charged a fair price for their services
Came in for my toddler son to have a lazy eye situation checked after a bad experience with another eye clinic in town. We waited a month for the appointment. The day of we waited over an hour to get to see the doctor whom we never actually got to see because at that point my toddler was getting so restless and I had to pick up an older child from school. We tried to reschedule but nothing was available for two months out. The staff was very insincere about apologizing for all hassles we experienced. The medical profession is becoming very arrogant, you are a necessity in the community but that doesn't me you should forget about courtesy and customer service. Hope the next appointment two months out isn't as unorganized as todays.
