Be careful with these people. They will take your money out of you, but if a refund is due, it never comes back. I did not like the hotel they had booked for me in Makkah, and told them to change it to one closer to the Haram, but they refused. My brother-in-law went to the hotel and cancelled the booking, and was told that when I get to Makkah, to come and collect the refund of 1600. When I went to the hotel to collect the money, they said that they had been informed by Mr.Amyn NOT to refund the money. When I came back to the UK, I was informed by Amyn that the money will not be refunded. I told him to then use that as Zakat/Sadaka. I hope they have given my hard earned money that should have been mine to charity. May Allah help us all

Had high expectations and thought I'd receive a great experience. But, Hajj and Umrah travels managed to provide a stressful experience due to lack of comfort and communication throughout the Hajj. Ali/ Ahmed were quite ignorant especially Ali. Shame on you... Visas arrived late due to lack of organisation. Only good thing about them was Sheikh Alabassi, hence they deserve 1 star if it wasn't for him I'd say 0 stars. The hotels booked were good 5 star hotels but I wasn't expected anything less for the price that I paid, which was just under seven thousand. (Hajj August 2018)

Excellent service start to finish. Very professional. Got me a great package in Nov 2017 for significantly cheaper than other companies in London. Also got some complimentary goodies which was a really nice touch.

Amazing Umraa experience. Our tour guide was very professional and informative for our ziyaraats and actual Umraa. Accommodation was opposite the haram in Mecca and very close to the Haram in Madinah. We would definitely travel with them again. Thanks.

Don't say "I didn't warn you". Stay away from this company. The owners and staff are very rude and disrespectful. All they care is about the money aspect without consideration of the programs. I highly suggest staying away from them.
