Food is good , delivery is terrible I have been waiting for 3 days now for food from them , Im paid up until the 11th January , I have called left messages and emails and still no return call.

This meal prep service is the gold standard. I've tried at least 5 different services in the past 4 years and hands down Zen Foods easily beats all of down for the following reason: 1) Food Quality - food is delicious and freshly delivered daily. This is critical because when meal prep services deliver 1x / week, the food gets old by EOW and I end up wasting a few meals here and there. The food is absolutely delicious, which means I end up eating every meal, which is critical to my macro count throughout the week. Nothing. Goes. To. Waste. 2) Seamless Delivery - I can't tell you how many times meal prep services in the past have delivered to the wrong address, or left the meals at my apartment building door only to be stolen. This is never an issue with Zen Foods. The delivery experience is seamless and I've only once had an issue (at no fault of theirs). 3) Excellent Support - I've spoken with Greg a few times on the phone and he is quick to pickup, and respond to all my queries. Ever since I've taken my training seriously, I've pestered them about exact calories, etc, and Greg has been quick to get back to me. Don't waste your time with anything else. Zen foods has the system DOWN.

I cannot say enough good things about Z.E.N Foods, from the delicious food to the incredible customer service! I am currently using the 2 meal weight loss program and have already lost weight in just 2 weeks. This service is perfect for someone looking for healthy, fresh, and nutritious food that doesn't have a ton of time for meal prep. I never feel hungry and am always excited to eat my next meal. Well worth it! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
