The ladies working at first stop are truly professional. They take great pride in the quality of their work, and in you as their customer. I greatly respect the owner's wealth of experience, but I fear her inability to adapt to more effective procedures, in a very competitve market (which is one of the most expensive in the area) may cause stuggles in the future.
